Labor Day Weekend Schedule Changes

In honor of Labor Day, we have altered the class schedule. This one should be easy to remember.

      Saturday, September 4, 2010 - 8am and 10am only! (12pm is canceled)
      Sunday, September 5, 2010 - 8am and 10am only! (4pm is canceled)
      Monday, September 6, 2010 - 8am and 10am only! (other classes are canceled)


  • first timers please arrive 20 minutes before class to register.
  • all classes are 90 minutes.
  • classes are all levels of experience and fitness.
  • come on an empty stomach.
  • we heat the room, so come dressed to sweat.
