At the studio, we're going to be raising money for two organizations throughout the month of February: The Rural Haiti Project and Heart to Heart International. We will be donating $5 for each introductory offer sold in the month, and we're also collecting money in the donation bin at the studio. Our goal is to raise $1000 for each organization.
Come take part in Bikram Bay Ridge's second 30 day challenge. A 30 day challenge is a great way to improve your practice quickly and a great way to bond with the studio community. It's also a great way to stick with a new year's resolution or rejuvenate your practice.
What's a 30 day challeng you ask? Well, it's 30 bikram yoga classes in 30 days. Ask at the studio if you have any questions.
The last challenge was in October, when 16 students completed the 30 classes in 30 days. Hopefully this challenge will see even more students successfully reach their goal. There's nothing better than striving for better health, physically, mentally, emotionally, as part of a supportive group.
Oh, and if you're still not convinced to sign up, you'll get to put a sticker next to your name after every class! Everyone loves stickers!
